I need to shut off the water supply to my apartment. How can I do that?
First, check if there is a main water shut-off valve inside your apartment. In some apartments, it may be located outside, near the entrance to the terrace. If you cannot find it or it doesn’t work, please contact the president or vice-president of the community.
I am planning to renovate my apartment. What should I do in advance?
Please talk to your neighbors in advance, follow common Spanish laws and internal rules of our complex.
Can I ask maintenance workers to do something?
Unfortunately no, you need to contact president or vice-president with your idea firstly. Workers have own schedule, so if we need do something we need to plan it.
I have a debt. How to pay?
You could pay it by directly SEPA transfer to community bank account (just specify your name and apartment number in the reference). Please note, If your debt exceeds €2,000, the administrator is obliged to initiate legal proceedings without any prior notice.
