1. Awnings

It’s allowed to install and use awnings in standartized colors (white and green):

2. Terraces

  • It is not permitted to raise the height of terrace walls.
  • Extending private terraces into communal areas is strictly prohibited.
  • Converting terraces into additional living spaces is not allowed ( except the small extensions under balcony).
  • Transforming one apartment in several Airbnb apartments is not allowed.

Please note, If you violate these rules, the community may take legal action against you and require you to restore everything to its original condition.
