Good afternoon,
We would like to inform you about the latest progress made in the community, as well as
several important matters that are currently being managed.
Firstly, we inform you that the repair works on the community pillars have now been completed.
We would like to remind you that this was an urgent and necessary matter, as the community
was required by the Town Hall to carry out these works. Once the repair was completed, the
supports that had been rented from the corresponding company were also returned.
On the other hand, the repair of the wireless intercoms has also been completed, and they are
currently working correctly.
Regarding the individualisation of the electricity meters, we continue to work actively on this
matter. As previously explained, there is an issue with the Town Hall and, in addition, we have
found that the only company able to manage this procedure is Unelco. We have been in contact
with them for several weeks, and the engineer is currently submitting the necessary
documentation. However, the bureaucracy is proving to be quite complicated. As soon as we
have more specific information or definitive progress on this matter, we will inform you
accordingly.
Another important point concerns the pool area. As already explained, this area, as well as the
tennis court, has been built on a green area, meaning outside the perimeter of the community.
An urban planning report has been requested, and it confirms this situation, indicating that these
facilities have been built on land belonging to the Town Hall. For this reason, finding a solution
will be very complicated. Nevertheless, we will try to reach some kind of agreement with the
Town Hall.
Regarding the maintenance of the common areas and gardens, we would like to inform you that
everything is progressing positively. It is true that unexpected issues arise almost every day, but
solutions are being provided immediately, and we continue working so that the community can
keep improving step by step.
We would like to thank all residents for their patience, understanding and trust throughout this
process.
Kind regards.
